QuickStart Guides

I’ve been working on some docs related things over the past week. QuickStart guides for a number of things came up. The first was nvme-tcp. Specifically, on Proxmox but a lot of the same things can be used for most other Linux systems. This content is on my GitHub at https://github.com/khensler/Quickstart-Guides.
